Approximately how much will my shipping be?
You are able to know exactly what the shipping cost for your order will be in our shopping cart, prior to completing, confirming and paying for your order.  So, just go ahead and shop!  Make your purchases in the shopping cart, choose the speed of the shipping that will work best for you and see the exact shipping expense you will be charged for your order.  You may edit your order at that time if you wish.  Bronze sculpture is heavy, however, the shipping rates we have arranged with UPS are good ones and we think you will find the shipping costs reasonable for your purchase.  

How do I care for my Frogman sculptures?
We suggest you treat your Frogman bronze sculptures as you would fine glass.  Don’t use any abrasive materials to clean their surfaces.   Just dust frequently with a feather duster or a soft, dry cloth.  Place them in a safe place where they can’t be bumped  -- somewhere out of the way of children, pets and cleaning people!  It is also better to keep your sculpture out of direct sunlight as ultraviolet rays may cause discoloration over time.  If damage occurs, contact us for details on our foundry repair service.  We hope you are enjoying having your Frogman sculpture in your home. 

What does the number on the bottom of my Frogman sculpture mean?
Each Frogman sculpture is created in a limited edition.  Edition number ‘606/1000’ indicates the edition number and the edition size. ‘©05’ indicates the year the piece was copyrighted and released.  ‘Tim’ Tim Cotterill’s signature is engraved on every piece.  The Frogman logo is cast into every piece released after 1999.  Under separate cover, you will receive a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity for your sculpture.

Does every Frogman sculpture in an edition look exactly the same?
Tim Cotterill’s sculptures are one-of-a-kind works of art.  No two will ever look exactly alike. Variations are to be expected and appreciated. Each unique sculpture is carefully examined for quality and signed with a limited edition number.

What do I do if my sculpture arrives damaged?
We realize that no shipping method is totally foolproof and things do happen in transit.  Should your sculpture arrive damaged, please contact us immediately by phone, e-mail or fax for return instructions.  We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  We can be reached by phone at 1.866.399.9670, the e-mail address is questions@frogmancollection.com or the fax number is 1. 435.776.7503. We will have UPS return to pick up the package, so please keep the box and all packing materials.

We want the Frogman sculpture you have in your home to bring you enjoyment and not be something damaged by a shipper!  So, please do not hesitate to contact us with your concerns.

What if I make a purchase and then change my mind?  What is your return policy?
You may shop at Frogman Collection knowing we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If, for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with your Frogman limited edition bronze sculpture purchased from Frogman Collection, Inc., you may return it within 90 days for credit toward another piece or refund of its original purchase price. Your only costs would be shipping charges & any necessary repair costs if the piece was damaged while in your possession.

Do you have a layaway program?
Absolutely.  Please place your order in the Shopping Cart and use “Print and Call” as your method of payment.  Then, call us as 1.866.399.9670 or e-mail us at questions@frogmancollection.com and we will work with you on a plan acceptable to your situation.  We will be happy to ship your Frogman sculpture when payment has been completed.    

Where can I purchase a Frogman sculpture in person?
Seeing and holding a Frogman sculpture is a true way to appreciate the incredible artisanship and bright, jewel-like patinas of Tim Cotterill’s work.  His Frogman sculpture is featured in fine art galleries throughout the continental United States as well as in Hawaii, Alaska, the United Kingdom and other countries.  These fine art galleries have knowledge sales staff ready to show you the sculpture, answer any questions you may have and complete your purchase in person.  Please contact us by phone, e-mail or fax and we will be happy to give you the location of the gallery nearest your home or travel destination. 

How could I meet Tim Cotterill in person?
Tim Cotterill is warm, engaging and delightful to meet in person.  Many Frogman Authorized Galleries have an annual Artist Appearance featuring Tim and his latest work and where he enjoys meeting Frogman collectors.  Again, please contact us and we will be happy to put you in touch with a gallery in your area.

My sculpture has been damaged, what can I do?
One of the values of Frogman bronze sculpture is that should something unfortunate happen, you have not lost your collectable artwork!  Your piece may be returned to the foundry for repair.  If you find yourself in this situation, just contact us and we will be happy to provide you the information, procedure & approximate costs involved to have your piece repaired.  

I am anxious to know when Tim Cotterill has created a new sculpture. How can I be sure I receive this new release information?
Just be sure you have signed up to receive e-mail updates from Frogman Collection and we will be sure to send you information when Tim has created a new sculpture or other information we feel you will find interesting from Tim’s world of frogs.

The patinas on some Frogman sculpture are “silver nitrate.” What does that mean?
It has taken years of creative experimentation to develop the truly unique, colorful patinas that are a distinguishing feature of Frogman sculptures.  A variety of heat-sensitive chemicals and colorful dyes are combined, some with intense heat, to create the colors and the finishes you see.  One such chemical is silver nitrate.  At the Frogman foundry, this chemical is applied with a technique that creates an iridescent quality giving the finish a prismatic luster especially in direct light.

What happens if I need to receive my Frogman shipment at a PO Box?
Our primary shipment method is by UPS, however, we do realize some customers must receive their packages through the US Postal Service.  Should this be the case for you, please place your order in the shipping cart and use “Print and Call” as your method of payment.  Then, just call, e-mail or fax us and we will be pleased to make the shipping exception for you and complete your order.

Does Frogman Collection ship outside the United States?
Frogman Collection does not currently ship internationally.

Do you have a “Wishlist” to store my potential future purchases?
Yes, we have a great way to keep sculptures in your account for a future purchase.  When you visit, just log-in to your account at the website and your “Wishlist” will be available to you as you shop.  Then, as you find sculptures while browsing the website that you are considering purchasing, you may just add them to your “Wishlist.” Anytime you are logged into your www.frogmancollection.com account,  you will be able to view this feature.
